Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Self-check-in available.
- Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.
- Upon request, early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated; once processed, this fee is non-refundable. An additional fee of $50 will be applied per request (early check-in or late check-out).
- Guests will be charged an additional $100 per hour for any time spent after 10 AM that is not approved. This charge is a penalty for holding possession of the property beyond your reservation time frame. The additional day penalty cost is the base rate without discounts.

- There is no elevator.
Policies and Rules
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS. This is a residential community. Please respect quiet hours from 8 PM–8 AM. Disturbances seen as a party, event, or gathering will accrue a non-negotiable $500 fine.
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Smart sensors may send a notification if tobacco or marijuana smoke is detected inside the property. Smoking is permitted outside of the property in permitted areas (including balconies/patios, backyard if applicable or authorized by the building).
- If cigarette buds, blunts, or any evidence of smoking is left behind after your stay, you will be charged a smoking fee of $500. Smoke debris must be disposed of in designated areas only.
- NO PETS. This location does not allow pets of any kind unless authorized prior to your reservation by a StayRN property manager, including service and emotional support animals. Not disclosing a pet or not paying the pet fee prior to arrival may result in a fine up to $250, plus replacement costs for any property damage.
- GOVERNMENT ID. A copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license or passport) and consent to a background check is required as applicable upon request. The reserver must upload their ID in the secure guest portal 24 hours or more prior to check-in. This information is used for verification purposes only and is not stored or used otherwise.
- To abide by legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
- Occupancy is limited to the stated listing occupancy. Maximum occupancy: 3 guests (babies under the age of 2 are not included in this count). Guests may only sleep on beds for hygiene reasons.
- If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, or otherwise), by addressing this complaint to a booking site you authorize us to enter the property to remedy the issue. Refusal to allow StayRN to remedy the issue during your reservation does not make you eligible for a refund.
- Any guests admitted during the reservation are responsible for upholding all House Rules, policies, lease, community, and city/state laws. Violations of house rules are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund. The guest is considered trespassing once any house rules are violated.
- The host is not responsible for any personal injury or personal negligence during your reservation. You are fully responsible for your and your guests' personal injuries and negligence throughout the reservation. Use appropriate judgment and safety protocols.
Fees and Payments
- Parking on-site is available for $8 per month, to be paid by the guest.
- For a second vehicle in the open lot, the cost is $15 per month.
- If the home is left excessively dirty after departure, the host reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee (e.g., stained floor, dirty/damaged walls, smoking smells, damaged furniture).
- If furniture is damaged or moved, the host reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
- If you break or damage something, smoke in the unit, lose items (such as keys, fobs, or parking passes), forget something to be mailed back, or check out late, additional fees may be charged. Prior to charging, the host will communicate what was found with supporting evidence. If damages hinder same-day check-in for another guest, you will be charged the amount of the missed reservation.
- Additional set of keys: $75 per request.
- Lost keys: $100 replacement fee.
- Lost parking pass: $75 replacement fee.
- Lockout fees (for services outside normal office hours, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM):
- 6:00 PM–9:00 PM: $50
- 9:00 PM–8:00 AM: $100
- Weekends: $150
- Availability for lockout service is not guaranteed at all times.
